Memorial Services Held For Corporal Norman A. Carlson
LANSE - A memorial service was held in the Lutheran Church at Lanse, Sunday afternoon, July 22 at 2:30 o'clock for Cpl. Norman A. Carlson who was killed in action at Luzon, Philippine Islands, April 13, 1945. He was serving with the Medical Detachment of the 125th Infantry
Division.
The services were well conducted by the Rev. Freidland.
Cpl. Carlson, better known among his friends as "Nunny" was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Carlson. Two brothers, three sisters also survive.
